Splendid scenery! (or just scenery?)

Forget the artistic fencing and the statue for a moment, the guy with the bike had the same route as I did. Saw him everywhere! Not that that wasn't the point, otherwise those neon vests wrapped around him, his bag and his bike wouldn't be worth the money. (Though, he wasn't wearing a helmet - aint that contradictory? Fast han kanske krockar om han köper en...)
